Again I of course was not tagged by anyone to complete this, however it looked like a good time. It’s obviously only really appropriate for this month and I didn’t want to miss out on a fun seasonal tag!
1. THRILLER OR SUPERNATURAL?
Thriller! I have read so many thrillers though that they are becoming a little predictable, however I know that supernatural isn’t really my thing.
2. GHOSTS OR ZOMBIES?
Ghosts I suppose, because I think that’s a most interesting and diverse concept than zombies. Which seem slightly overdone, plus I got bored of the Walking Dead so I think I’m over them.
3. VAMPIRES OR WEREWOLVES?
As I said I am not a huge fan of supernatural I think I would go with vampires. I just think they are the slightest bit more realistic… I mean they can be a real person, but with some weird habits. Whereas werewolves actually transform and that’s a step further into the supernatural.
4. WITCHES OR DEMONS?
Witches seems more fun and mischievous so I think I’d vote for them as they could be a bit more diverse in my head.
5. WOULD YOU RATHER READ A BOOK WITH 13 CHAPTERS OR WITH A BLACK CAT ON THE COVER?
Black cat on the cover every time. I actually have a black cat and I don’t think they are bad luck! They are adorable… hard to get a good photo of them though!
6. WOULD YOU RATHER READ A SPOOKY BOOK IN THE DARK WITH ONLY A CANDLE FOR LIGHT, OR BY YOURSELF IN A LOCKED BRIGHTLY LIT ROOM?
Definitely the locked room, if I’m locked in, nothing can get me! I mean I obviously don’t want to be trapped, but at least I’m alone and can see what is going on around me!
7. WOULD YOU RATHER FACE YOUR WORST FEARS OR BE TRAPPED IN THE MIND OF A KILLER?
I don’t have that many fears/phobias, apart from dying. So I guess I pick that because then I would be dead and wouldn’t know any better!
8. WOULD YOU RATHER WATCH A SCARY MOVIE OR READ A SCARY BOOK?
I think read a scary book as I haven’t read a really scary book yet, I’d quite like to find one that actually scares me to be honest.
9. WOULD YOU RATHER READ SPOOKY BOOKS DURING THE FALL TIME OR ALL YEAR?
During fall sounds the most logical because it kind of sets the scene and the mood. However I don’t know if that’s the best way to enjoy them… In practice I real the most spooky books in October and November, but I don’t exclusively read them then.
10. WOULD YOU RATHER READ 10 SPOOKY BOOKS IN OCTOBER OR 10 SPOOKY BOOKS ALL YEAR?
I’m leaning towards 10 all year again because then they are spaced out and you can pick them up when you’re in the right mood for them. I think if you read too much of the same thing at once it can get old/boring and then I’d enjoy them less!
I tag anyone reading this to also compete it! 🙂 Enjoy!
